Personally, this is a big month for me. Last year, I attended a casting call for the American Heart Association (AHA) to share my story – actually my Mom’s story – of having a massive stroke. I was asked to return for a photo op, which I thought included the myriad of women who shared their personal stories.
To my surprise, three of those women were called to the photo shoot. I was one of them … the faces of the 2018 Go Red for Women campaign. WOW!
To dispel the myths and raise awareness of heart disease, the number one killer of women and stroke, 5th killer of women, the AHA created this passionate, emotional, social initiative to empower women to take charge of their heart health.
Do you know that heart disease and stroke cause one in three deaths among women each year … more than all cancers combined? Fortunately, we can change that because 80 percent of cardiac and stroke events may be prevented with education and action.
Whether your New Year’s resolution is to spend more time with the special people in your life, exercise, improve eating habits, travel or lose weight, take time for consistent physical activity and proper rest. A healthy heart is essential to a long, healthy life.
I’m so grateful that every day our clients give us the opportunity to provide them support, eliminate their stress and give overwhelming joy to the world and a little extra love.
Here’s to an exceptional 2018!!!
I want to take a quick minute to wish you and your family a Happy 2018! If you’re anything like me, the New Year came in with an explosive burst.
Last quarter, we were featured on WFLA and WTSP with segments on How to Wow Your Guests and quick-cleaning tips without the overwhelm. Loved it!
I’m really excited; my team is growing as we gear up for a phenomenal year. PerfecTiming Concierge was hired to work with two corporate relocation companies. One of our clients celebrated 10 years of business; it was incredible creating fun themes, wrapping gifts and delivering 350 celebratory cupcakes!
